Our Quality Policy & Objectives

Top management has established its quality policy and ensures that it is appropriate for the needs of its customers. Clinton Machine is committed to meeting requirements and continual improvement by providing a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. These quality objectives are reviewed for continuing suitability, communicated, understood, and implemented throughout the company.

We are committed to providing customer satisfaction through fast delivery of reasonably priced quality products and services. We will continually improve the effectiveness and review the suitability of our QMS system to achieve these objectives.

Clinton Machine has established quality objectives at each relevant function and level within the company.  Quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy and the commitment to continual improvement.  Quality objectives include those needed to meet requirements for products. Objectives are always to reduce errors, non-conforming material, and negative customer feedback. Management reviews non-conforming material log and results of annual customer satisfaction surveys to measure quality, price, performance and trends in material issues.
